Email and CRM Specialist (Part-Time)

As we grow, we’re looking to not only provide content and tools, but to keep our users engaged and coming back for more. This is where you come in.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Director of Growth to develop the email and CRM strategy and KPIs

  • Manage the calendars and creation for all email and push notifications, including general announcements, newsletters, launches, and automated campaigns

  • Understand our user journey and help build out segmentation

  • Monitor all retention and campaign KPIs

  • Evolve and optimize email and push notifications to maximize user loyalty and drive retention

  • Keep current with emerging CRM technologies and trends

  • Analyze data to explore and test new segments

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years experience working on email and push notification building campaigns, segmentation, and deployment

  • Experience working with brand and growth marketing

  • Business acumen and leadership presence

  • Experience with segmentation, customer journey planning, and email or SMS A/B tests

  • Previous experience with ESPs

  • Familiar with email compliance (CAN-SPAM) and GDPR

  • BONUS if you have experience with dynamic coding, startups and/or apps, email design, Customer.io, and Amplitude
