Marketing/Content Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

We do this by making it easier to discover, agree on, and do the things you want to do together.

We're starting with answering the often infuriating question: "What do you want to do tonight?" It's tough to figure out how to spend your hard-earned time and money with your favorite people. That's why we're here.

We provide tools to help make it easy to remember your favorites and plan with friends as well as curated ideas of things to do. We're looking to help increase our marketing and content production and output. This is where you come in.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Head of Content and Director of Growth to push content out to different platforms and social channels

  • Ensure all assets are implemented correctly and deadlines are met

  • Help manage assets and input data for select entries

  • Be able download files, create spreadsheets, and do quality control checks

  • A small part of the job will also be administrative, including general office and departmental assistance

  • PLEASE NOTE: this is not a writing, content creation, or creative position

Your qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media
  • Ability to work well with a small, close-knit team
  • Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively

  • Strong sense of accountability, willing to take responsibility

  • Ability to thrive in a time sensitive, high pressure environment

  • Can learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and be self-directed

  • Experience with a content management system preferred but not required

  • Capacity to work at 15 hours/week
