This Italian Restaurant Reminds Us Why We Love Eating Out In Brooklyn
In the heart of Clinton Hill, you’ll find Aita. Whether you’re going for something simple and light, something hearty, or something seasonal, the amazing food and charming ambiance is sure to win you over. This vibe is exactly why we love doing date night in Brooklyn.
Next, take a stroll over to Baby Jane Bar. It's the second spot from the team behind Dick and Janes, and we're into it. This intimately-sized bar carries over some of the same rustic charm from Aita, but with a dose of modern flare. And though all of their craft cocktails are on point, the standouts include the Steve McQueen (with gin, elderflower liqueur, herb syrup, fresh pineapple, lemon, cucumber, and cayenne pepper) and Pinky’s Up (with tequila, muddled cherry, fresh lime, simple syrup, and spiced salt). Just keep in mind that the small quarters make for difficult seating arrangements at peak hours (aka when the sun goes down).
