Start tonight at BANZARBAR, a super-cool cocktail cool, in fact, that the creators had to make it arctic-themed. Upstairs from the hipster haven that is Freeman’s, you’ll love this place’s awesome five-course tasting experience, specially crafted with low ABV alcohols so you don’t get too drunk. Each course comes with salty seafood snacks for you to enjoy as your savor the flavor of creative libations. We’re going to highly recommend making a reservation for this spot.

After you’ve come through the other side, stroll over to Prince Street Pizza to reflect on the conversations that were had over a NYC slice. With lines usually out the door, it’s a safe bet to head to Prince Street Pizza in the wee weekend hours. Regardless, home of the Spicy Spring square slice (pepperoni), these Sicilian pies are always worth the wait. If the thick squares aren’t your thing, you can always rely on the traditional Margherita slice–a triangle of crisp crust, tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella.
