Chef’s Club Hosts Chefs From Around The Globe To Takeover & Blow Your Mind
Do you ever feel you’re missing out on all the best restaurants? With Chefs Club, a brilliant Nolita eatery situated in the iconic Puck Building, you can experience meals prepared by renowned chefs from all over the world. Brought to you by Food & Wine, Chefs Club is literally as it sounds—the globe’s most talented chefs take over the kitchen for several months at a time delivering their signature dishes, alongside some fresh new takes, for a unique dining experience that only a few are privy to before a new concept comes along. Exposed brick and hanging light fixtures make this Rockwell-designed space modern, but intimate, while elegant marble accents swank up the joint. The coolest part is the open kitchen, which is like watching an episode of Top Chef without all the drama. Entertainment and food in one—what more could you want? Be sure to make reservations in advance, as the fleeting nature of restaurant pop-ups lends itself to the space being frequently booked up.
Finish the night off with one of 13 beers on tap at 310 Bowery Bar—a place so easy to find, the address is in the title. With more exposed brick, you’ll find the ambiance to be warm and elegant—perfect for a drink or two or three. The mood lighting is tricky to capture in a selfie, but delicious to cozy up to, as are signature cocktails (a few staples, a few new ideas). If you happen to get hungry again—which seems impossible, but possible, too—you can grab a half or full grandma pie. The recipe, which is brought to you courtesy of Chef Nino Coniglio of Williamsburg Pizza, is so incredible it won an award. Bonus: few bars feature truly delicious hot toddy’s and this place is one of them. If it’s cold, go ahead and get warm. You won’t regret it.
