Go To Rose Bar in the Gramercy Park Hotel For Live Music & Probably A Celeb Sighting
We’re starting this Friday night at Daily Provisions, a bakery/café by Danny Meyer famed for its rotisserie chicken. You can go the baked goods route (#DessertFirst), but it’s also perfect for when you’re weirdly in the mood for a sandwich for dinner. The roasted delicata squash sandwich is exactly what you're craving in fall. Order a couple of sides like marinated broccoli and roasted potatoes, and that’s a fine dinner.
After your low-key dinner, we’re going fancy. We’re all about the juxtaposition of casual meets extra. Next stop: Rose Bar in The Gramercy Park Hotel. It’s as swanky as swanky gets with a fireplace, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring paintings on the walls, and a basically guaranteed celebrity sighting. Plus, they have great live music on the weekends — Axl Rose, Dave Navarro, and BØRNS have all performed in the past. Treat yo’ self.
