Lazy Sundaes on the Lower East Side is the perfect way to start a date with something sweet. The menu is inspired by the owners' childhood treats from Korea and Taiwan, bingsoo and bubble tea. Bingsoo is a Korean shaved ice dessert historically made by shaving ice blocks, and it is served with toppings here, creating a “bingsoo sundae.” Bubble tea flavors include matcha latte and yujacha with toppings like coconut jelly or chia seed.
Then, head over to Sour Mouse. Their spacious downstairs bar is decorated with colorful art and offers pool tables, ping pong, foosball, and board games, which you can rent by the hour. Plus, with live music performances, this is the kind of place where you'll find yourself hanging out until the very last call.
