Mexican Food, Live Music & An Underground Noir Club in Williamsburg
Start your magical evening with dinner at Guadalupe Inn, a vibrant spot for Mexican food, cocktails, and live music. Named after the bohemian Guadalupe Inn neighborhood in Mexico City, the 80-seat restaurant boasts the vibes of a 40’s era supper club. Indulge in live music ranging from mariachi bands to Brooklyn’s most talented locals. We suggest taking advantage of the variety of shared plates—it's the best way to try a little bit of everything.
After, head to Rose Gold—an underground cocktail lounge we can't get enough of. The venue has a new look, courtesy of multimedia creative Signe Pierce and industrial designer Safwat Riad; here, the cocktails are smooth, and the vibes are trippy. Riad’s benches are 3D printed, and the artwork is by Pierce and neon-artist Kate Hush. Black and white stripes wind throughout Rose Gold, and a bent-steel sculpture dramatizes the back bar. Clink rose-tinted glasses and dance the night away in this underground noirish club. See if you can spot the David Lynch influences—Pierce was inspired by Twin Peaks and also Nicolas Winding Refn’s crime film, Drive.
