An Epic Dinner Followed By A Poolside Drink At The Williamsburg Hotel

Harvey at The Williamsburg Hotel is putting a unique spin on functional food and believe us, you’re going to want to feast on these delicacies. By eliminating things like gluten and dairy in certain dishes, Harvey’s innovative dishes offer cuisine that is pure, nourishing, and healthy. Indulge in reimagined classic dishes like the protein-packed hummus and goat cheese tortellini en brodo or the can’t miss burrata and apples dish made with apple blossoms, apple butter, bee pollen, and served with polenta toast. The freshness and functionality doesn’t stop there—all bread, pastries, pizzas, and pasta are made with freshly milled ancient grains from the restaurant’s warehouse kitchen in Bushwick called Brooklyn Bread Lab. Once you’ve eaten your way through the lower level of The Williamsburg Hotel, make your way upstairs to the Rooftop + Pool.

The Williamsburg Hotel may only be a year old, but that doesn’t mean the hotel is done innovating. Recently, the eight-story boutique hotel unveiled The Rooftop + Pool, an urban oasis offering unobstructed views of the entire Manhattan skyline, a pool, stylish daybeds, and cabanas. Designed by London-based firm Michaelis Boyd Studio (the team behind Soho House Berlin), the hotel’s eclectic style more than screams “BROOKLYN”. Sip, sway, and unwind as you enjoy an epic sunset with New York City’s skyline serving as the backdrop.
