We hear you, so tonight’s date involves grabbing your S.O. and heading to MNDFL to learn traditional meditation techniques, deepen your listening skills, and focus on reconnecting. If you get hooked, check out their themed regular classes—some of the areas of focus include emotions, sleep, and energy, so you can choose what you’d like to work on in their 30, 45, or 60 minute classes.
