NY Indie Theatre Film Festival x Rosemary’s
Bad news! This plan has expired. Go check out some great new ideas here.
A unique festival in its own right, the NY Indie Theatre Film Festival celebrates theatre professionals who’ve chosen to branch out into recorded media. Showcasing a collection of work from a diverse group of performers, there will be more than 30 films showing throughout the duration of the festival. Tonight’s closing night festivities are sure to be a blast, with a screening of a documentary about performance artist John Fleck, a series of short films, and a debate about the best film by a theatre person.
Once the curtain closes, your next stop is Rosemary’s, a lovely West Village Italian restaurant serving house-made pastas and seasonal dishes. To keep things as fresh as possible, the team sources ingredients from the location’s rooftop farm as well as the owners’ very own Hudson Valley farm. Sample the rosetta or prosecco on tap while sharing a black truffle and taleggio focaccia before dining on mains like smoked lamb shoulder or Bistecca (dry aged ribeye) for two — prepared specially for you and your partner.
