P.S. Kitchen x A Classic Broadway Show
Bad news! This plan has expired. Go check out some great new ideas here.
If you’re under the impression that vegan flavors are sorely lacking, you just haven’t been to the right place. P.S. Kitchen is a gorgeously chic vegan restaurant that doesn’t dare sacrifice bold flavors for plant-based ingredients. With a visually raw and organic aesthetic, P.S. Kitchen is dressed in marble, natural wood finishings, sputnik chandeliers, and scattered pops of color in the occasional wall art resulting in an atmosphere that’s as cozy as it is hip. As for the food, their crispy artichoke (with preserved lemon emulsion), ginger rice congee (with sautéed oyster mushroom, spinach, and crispy seasoned tofu), and fennel tartine (with caramelized fennel, spiced almonds, and orange suprême) are just a few examples of how deliciously they master the art of vegan cuisine.
When it comes to picking a Broadway show, decision-making can be tricky. So, we’re here to help. If you’re looking for the ideal live performance to fit with your respective vibes and loves, choose from one of these five shows: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (not only did it just win the Tony for Best Play, this is a show for any lovebirds who still believe in magic), Dear Evan Hansen (last year’s Tony winner for Best Musical, this show is for couples looking to have their heartstrings tugged), Mean Girls (because the movie was a teen phenomenon and is absolutely fetch when seen live), The Phantom of the Opera (this one is always an obvious pick, but deservedly so; this is for couples who aren’t afraid to embrace their inner darkness), and finally, Angels in America (Andrew Garfield just took home the Tony for Best Actor, and it’s for any couples out there not afraid to shed some tears).
