Potomac Theater Project x Cafeteria
Bad news! This plan has expired. Go check out some great new ideas here.
We're always on the lookout for great off-Broadway productions, and we've found one in Potomac Theater Project, otherwise referred to as PTP/NYC. It's been around for 32 years, creating socially and politically acute theatre that explores themes of homelessness, censorship, pornography, AIDS, totalitarianism, apartheid and gender wars to name a few. Keep an eye on their ever-changing lineup at their website here. Tonight, we're looking forward to seeing Brecht on Brecht, "a smart and trenchant collage of excerpts from writings by German playwright-poet Bertolt Brecht."
After the engrossing show, take a stroll over to Cafeteria for a late-night meal. Though you'll be coming from a serious, thought-provoking performance, many of Cafeteria's patrons are coming post-club. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, Cafeteria serves eclectic, modern American food in a swanky diner environment. Whether you go with the fried chicken and waffles or the ginger salmon, you'll be eating well among good company.
