Order Drinks By Way Of A Bell Before A Cheesy Underground Dinner
We feature a lot of cool, interesting bars on here, but none like Raines Law Room. Designed as a visual throwback to New York City speakeasies in the 1930s, this bar also nods to Prohibition with an entrance that requires a ring of its entrance bell to get inside. Then, once you're seated, each cozy, private area has a bell to demurely press when you're ready for your next round. Be sure to call and make a reservation beforehand because this small space fills up pretty quickly.
After cheersing liquid sophistication, the two of you can make your way toward The Cellar for a cheesy dinner. We promise you we mean cheesy in a good way, given that this place is housed on the lower floor of Beecher’s Handmade Cheese and features goodies like lobster mac and cheese, roasted chicken, mussels, and of course, epic cheese plates—perfect for sharing. And, while this spot serves a variety of specialty cocktails, you can never go wrong with a good old-fashioned wine and cheese pairing.
