Reverend Vince Anderson and the Love Choir x El Diablo Tacos
Bad news! This plan has expired. Go check out some great new ideas here.
Take a trip to Williamsburg to check out this free show from NYC-based artist and Brooklyn staple Reverend Vince Anderson. Performing with his band the Love Choir, the group plays a form of music they call “dirty gospel.” This band’s leading man is an ordained minister who’s played alongside The Roots and Daniel Johnson. Known for his gravelly voice, the show also functions as a sort of church service, bringing to life a vision of celebrating worship through music.
When the show’s over, you won’t have to go far to enjoy El Diablo Tacos. This joint is nestled in the back of Union Pool’s outdoor patio, giving easy access to affordable tacos you can eat as you down the venue’s cheap beer and shots of well whiskey.
