The Library x Girl From The North Country

Ever feel like drinking and eating in a warm and cozy book-lined room? Meet The Library. What makes The Library so wonderful is that it’s connected to Joe’s Pub at The Public, where you can be mystified by all sorts of performances from singers to comedians and everything in between. Come here for drinks pre-show or something a bit more substantial if you’re both starved. Their menu is served in "acts" as a nod to their theater next door. If you're like us, your favorite will be the encore.

Tonight: Girl From The North Country. Following a critically acclaimed sold-out run in London, the new show from Olivier winner and Tony Award nominee Conor McPherson (The Weir, Shining City, The Seafarer) and music icon Bob Dylan is making its American premiere. Dylan’s songbook is transformed into an achingly beautiful story of a down-on-its-luck community on the brink of change in Duluth, Minnesota in 1934.
