Zuma x Rose Mansion
Bad news! This plan has expired. Go check out some great new ideas here.
If you fancy getting fancy, you’re going to love this plan. First, you’ll start off at Zuma, an upscale Japanese restaurant specializing in robata (Japanese fare cooked over hot charcoal) with high-end izakaya influence. The space is a visual masterclass in modern dining, with complex, translucent columns bordering the two-floor space, a polished slate bar top, and a rich organic-cosmopolitan aesthetic (see: natural stone structures blending into glowing contemporary glass fixtures). Everything from the bold architecture to the complex gastronomy is reason enough for you two to experience Zuma.
After dinner, get your rosé on at the Rosé Mansion. This pop-up experience that started in 2018 is as much an excuse to drink some of the best rosé around as it is a trip through history. With complementary glasses of rosé, you and your S.O. are given free rein of the mansion—though it’s hardly your traditional walk-through. With each room diving into a slice of history that explains the unique roots of everyone’s favorite pink libation (aka “summer water”), you can blend your own wine at The Blending Lab, sample a unique collection of brands, and literally swing on a crystal chandelier as you put all of your Instagram followers to shame in this color-(and bottle)-popping palace. Tickets are $45, and the experience runs for roughly an hour or two.
